Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our California warehouse within approximately 24 business hours of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times are typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

Dentagum uses a range of trusted shipping carriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery possible, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx

The carrier used for your shipment may vary depending on your location and delivery speed.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped or marked as dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

While we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests promptly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment processing has begun.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Dentagum is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to customer address errors
  • Additional shipping fees associated with returned or redirected packages

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Dentagum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Speaking with neighbors or building management
  • Filing a police report if theft is suspected

Dentagum does not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Delayed Shipments

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders quickly, Dentagum is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Customs or transportation interruptions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • High seasonal shipping volumes

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dentagum.co and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review each case individually and work toward an appropriate resolution where applicable.
