Overview
At Dentagum, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Due to the nature of oral care and consumable products, all return and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
By placing an order with Dentagum, you agree to the terms outlined in this Returns & Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped or marked as dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or consumed products.
We may accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened and unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Dentagum.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Consumable items
- Products damaged through misuse
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Delivered packages reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
- Sale or promotional items unless required by law
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review each request individually and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dentagum is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Filing a police report if theft is suspected
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.
Dentagum is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delivery failures caused by inaccurate customer information
- Additional shipping fees resulting from returned packages
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly approved by Dentagum.
Dentagum reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Dentagum directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of refund policies may result in refusal of future service and submission of supporting documentation to the payment provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dentagum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
All products are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results or outcomes.
